New year's auction: STARTING AT BID: $2,600
We are auctioning a 4 night stay to include New year's eve.
You can arrive Dec 28 and depart Jan 1 or arrive Dec 29 and depart Jan 2. All bid raising must be done in $200.00 increments
If you wish to add any additional available nights this can be discussed with the owner.
Winning bid is subject to a 9% NH state rental tax and cleaning fee of 185.

Refundable Security deposit is 500.00 written as separate check.
Deadline is 6:00 PM November 19, 2011. Winner will be notified on November 20.
Maximum size group is 20 (excluding children 3 and under).
Note: This auction is for responsible groups only; This is not a wild party house.
