Ah, the foliage!

Large deck with giant grille. The deck faces west towards the lake. This means lots of sun and awesome sunsets not to mention the loons.

The boathouse and the large dock. The end of the dock is 12X12 (144 square feet) so there is plenty of room.

Inside the sliding glass doors is the main living room. Note the house has 2 living rooms.

These rooftop shots gives you an idea how large the side yard is. It can handle a 30X50 (1500 square foot) tent for weddings, reunions etc.

Note the yard goes right to the lake. The lake drops off very gradually making this a very child friendly place.

You can paddle 10 minutes or drive 2 minutes to a sandy beach area off to the right.
